In addition to offering fireplace products, Kett’s also carries infrared gas grills. Enjoy juicy, restaurant quality food off of an infrared grill. Different from convection grills, infrared grills cook with direct heat up to 1600ºF on high. It is a very clean, convenient alternative to using charcoal. Customers can chose from a selection of various sizes and styles of grills by Solaire™.
Standard models include 27", 27" Deluxe, 30", 42" and 56" grills- all available for cart/cabinet, post mount, in-ground or built-in applications. All grills are gas powered, LP or Natural. Accessories like rotisseries, griddles, woodchip smoker boxes, steamers, deep fryers and side burners are also available. If you are interested in seeing a demonstration on an infrared grill, our staff would be happy to do one for you at your request. All the employees at Kett's use an infrared grill at home and are an excellent source of advice and recipe ideas!

GRILLING RECIPES AND TIPS
Grilled Turkey Breast with Zesty Dry Rub
DRY RUB:
2 teaspoons onion salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
PREPARATION:
Coat turkey breast (approx 4-5lbs) with butter, lime juice, and olive oil
Apply rub
Turn grill on Medium heat, place breast (skin side down) on cooking grids for 2-3 minutes to sear.
Turn grill to Medium-Low
Cover warming rack with double layer of foil with edges rolled up
Place breast on warming rack, skin side up.
Set container (I use a foil tin) half filled with apple cider under breast.
Close lid (I prop it open approx 3")
Baste w/ olive oil every 15 minutes ( I prefer a sprayer)
Approx cooking time 1 hr 30 min
Remove from grill and cover with foil for 10 minutes before cutting up to serve
